        <div  class="newsletter-txt">UIS  Softball is  now  23-14  overall  and  11-7  in  the  GLVC  after  splitting  a  doubleheader  with  Maryville  on  Sunday.  The  Prairie  Stars  won  the  first  game  3-0  before  falling  6-1  in  the  second.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  baseball  team continued  its  series  against  Upper  Iowa  on  Saturday  in  Fayette,  Iowa,  picking  up  a  pair  of  wins  in  a  doubleheader  of  seven-inning  games.  The  Prairie  Stars  improved  to  20-10  overall  and  13-5  in  GLVC  play,  solidifying  their  hold  on  second  place  in  the  conference  standings.  The  series  finale  is  scheduled  for  noon  on  Sunday. </div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">UIS  softball  is  at  home  this  week  in  GLVC  play  against  Maryville  and  McKendree.  Maryville  visits  on  Sunday  for  a  12:00  p.m.  doubleheader.  The  Prairie  Stars'  doubleheader  against  McKendree,  originally  scheduled  for  Saturday,  will  now  be  played  on  Monday,  April  7  at  2:00  p.m.
