Carlene Hindert has been named 天美传媒 Springfield Employee of the Month for May 2024. She is a human resources associate in the Human Resources Department.
Her supervisor, Melisa Hatch, said that Hindert is knowledgeable and resourceful.
鈥淐arlene is a wealth of knowledge and a subject matter expert on many things. Even I go to her for help in some areas,鈥� Hatch said. 鈥淪he anticipates problems, based on her years of experience, and provides a lot of detail in her solutions to overcome any potential obstacles. If she doesn鈥檛 know the answer, she will find it!鈥�
Hindert's nominator praised her for being an extraordinary asset to UIS.
鈥淪he is a conscientious and tireless employee, often working long hours and weekends to ensure that the campus receives timely and accurate service,鈥� her nominator said. 鈥淪he is also a great supporter of UIS and can often be seen wearing her UIS gear around campus.鈥�
Hindert is also known for her mentorship and collaboration with her colleagues.
鈥淚 would call Carlene the ultimate team player,鈥� Hatch said. 鈥淪he is eager to help and assist everyone and she is a go to for the other staff in any times of need.鈥�
