Louis Guene, current graduate student in the Master鈥檚 of Public Administration program, recently earned the T. Milbrandt GPSI Intern Award. Louis is also currently pursuing a license in Community Planning and works for the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), more precisely the Center for Rural Health. The T. Milbrandt GPSI Intern Award honors interns who demonstrate outstanding professional and academic performance.
